Where your data lives

Duplipost is EU-hosted. Your account and everything created through your booking pages — bookings, invitee details, availability — are stored in the European Union (Stockholm), not replicated to the US. For the full picture and our sub-processors, see the Data residency page.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from the bottom of Settings. It's permanent and immediate: your bookings, event types, availability, connected calendars, and custom domains are erased, any subscription is cancelled, and your login is removed. No support ticket, no waiting.

Exporting your data

Want a copy of your data for portability or your own records? Pro users can export bookings to CSV from the Bookings page, and you can request a fuller export anytime at privacy@duplipost.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

From Settings, use the delete-account section at the bottom. It permanently erases your account and all associated data right away — this can't be undone.

Is a Data Processing Agreement available?

Yes — a signed DPA is available to Business customers. Email privacy@duplipost.com to request one.
