Google Calendar
Two-way sync that prevents double-booking and adds Google Meet links automatically.
How do I connect Google Calendar?
Go to Settings → Google Calendar and connect through a separate Google consent flow. Once connected, Duplipost reads your free/busy times and automatically hides any slot you're already occupied in — so you can't be double-booked, even across meetings booked elsewhere.
What does the calendar connection do?
- Busy-blocking — your existing events automatically remove conflicting slots from your booking page.
- Write-back — new Duplipost bookings are added to your Google Calendar.
- Auto Google Meet — event types set to Google Meet get a video link generated for each booking.
Is my calendar private?
Yes. Duplipost only ever reads whether you're busy — never your event titles, attendees, or notes. It requests the calendar.events and calendar.readonly scopes only, stores just normalized busy intervals, and keeps your access tokens encrypted. You can disconnect anytime from Settings.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Google account to use Duplipost?
No. Calendar sync is optional. Without Google, you set your availability manually and everything else works the same — you just don't get automatic busy-blocking.
Does Duplipost create Google Meet links automatically?
Yes, when an event type's location is Google Meet and your Google Calendar is connected, a Meet link is generated for each booking.
Can Duplipost see what my meetings are about?
No. It only reads free/busy status, never event details. Titles, attendees, and notes are never accessed or stored.
Does it work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Google Calendar is supported today. Outlook/Microsoft and Apple are on the roadmap; until then, non-Google users rely on manually set availability.
