Comparison

Duplipost vs Calendly

Both let people book time with you. The real difference is whose brand your clients see — and who the page is quietly working for.

Calendly is the category default, and it's a capable tool. This isn't a hit piece — for large teams with deep integration and routing needs, it's a reasonable choice, and we'll say so plainly below.

But for solo professionals, consultants, coaches, and small agencies, the question was never "which tool has the longest feature list." Your booking page is a touchpoint in a sale. The real question is: when a client opens your link, do they see you — or do they see an ad for the software you used?

That's the line Duplipost is built on. Here's the honest side-by-side.

Calendly charges you to remove its own logo

On Calendly's free plan, every booking page carries "Powered by Calendly." You can only turn that branding off on a paid plan — so your clients advertise Calendly for you until you pay to make them stop.

Duplipost never put a logo there in the first place. Your page is clean on every plan, including Free. There are no ads, no "sign up for Duplipost" prompts shown to your invitees, and no dark patterns. Your brand is the only brand on the page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Duplipost show "Powered by Duplipost" on my booking page?

No — never, on any plan, including Free. Your page carries only your brand. We don't add a logo, an ad, or a sign-up prompt for your invitees. That's the core difference from Calendly, which shows its branding on free pages and only removes it on paid plans.

Is Duplipost a free Calendly alternative?

Yes. The Free plan gives you a clean, branded-by-you booking link with one event type, unlimited bookings, Google Calendar sync, and automatic email reminders — with no third-party branding. Pro ($12/month) unlocks unlimited event types, your colors, logo and company name, custom questions, the no-show suite, payments, and more. Business ($29/month) adds your own domain.

Can I use my own domain instead of a calendly.com link?

Yes, on Duplipost's Business plan — your booking page lives on your own domain, like book.yourbrand.com, with no shared address. Calendly keeps every page on calendly.com; it doesn't offer a custom booking domain even on its top tiers.

Does Duplipost help reduce no-shows?

Yes. On Pro you get a built-in no-show suite: the 24-hour reminder carries a one-tap "Confirm attendance" button, full no-shows are flagged and counted per person (so repeat offenders are obvious before the next meeting), and invitees who can't find a time can join a waitlist instead of vanishing. You can also require a deposit to book.

Can I charge invitees or take a deposit to book?

Yes, on Pro. Put a price on an event type and invitees pay to hold the slot via Stripe. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account — Duplipost takes 0% of it (your flat subscription is the only thing we charge for).

Can I remove Calendly branding without paying?

No. Calendly only lets you turn off its branding on a paid plan; free pages keep "Powered by Calendly." Duplipost takes a different approach — there's no branding to remove, because we never add ours to your page.

Does Duplipost sync with Google Calendar?

Yes — two-way sync that reads your busy times to prevent double-booking and writes confirmed bookings back to your calendar, with automatic Google Meet links when you choose Meet as the location.

How hard is it to switch from Calendly to Duplipost?

Setup takes about 30 seconds with no credit card: create your account, connect Google Calendar, set your availability, and share your new clean link. You can run both in parallel while you move over.

Does Duplipost have team scheduling and round-robin?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap for the Business tier. Today Duplipost is built for solo professionals and small teams who want a brand-first, privacy-first booking page. If you need round-robin and routing for a large team right now, Calendly is the more complete choice.
