Introduction

At Duplipost, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our scheduling platform.

Information We Collect

Personal information

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, contact us, or use our services. This may include your name, email address, company information, and payment details.

Usage data

We automatically collect certain information about your use of our platform, including log data, device information, and usage data to improve our services.

Booking data

We process the booking details and invitee information created through your booking pages — such as names, email addresses, meeting times, and answers to any questions you configure — in order to provide the scheduling service. Where you connect a calendar, we use your calendar's busy/free information solely to show accurate availability and prevent double-booking. This data remains under your control and ownership.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

Google user data

When you connect your Google Calendar, Duplipost requests access to your Google Calendar data (the calendar.readonly and calendar.events scopes) for two purposes only:

  • to read your busy/free times so your booking page shows accurate availability and prevents double-booking, and
  • to create, update, and cancel calendar events for the bookings you receive.

Duplipost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the scheduling features you have enabled. You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard settings, which revokes our access.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit

GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access: you can request copies of your personal data
  • Right of rectification: you can request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: you can request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to data portability: you can request transfer of your data
