Availability

Set the days and hours you're open — and let time zones be handled for you.

Setting your weekly hours

Under Availability, choose the time windows you're open for each weekday — for example Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, with a gap for lunch. These windows are the basis for every slot offered on your booking page.

How does Duplipost handle time zones?

Automatically, on both sides. Your hours are anchored to your own time zone, and every invitee sees slots converted into theirs — detected from their browser, and overridable if they're traveling. Nobody has to do the mental math, which removes the single most common scheduling mistake and makes you look organized to international clients.

Adjusting your hours

Change your availability whenever your life changes — open evenings for a month, shift hours for a season, or tighten them when you're busy. Updates take effect on your public page immediately.

Date overrides — holidays and one-off changes (Pro)

Your weekly hours cover the normal rhythm; date overrides handle the exceptions. For any single date you can block it entirely (a holiday, a day off) or set custom hours just for that day (a one-time late evening, a half day). The override wins over your weekly schedule for that date and applies everywhere — your booking page and the checks run when someone books or reschedules.

Frequently asked questions

How do I block a holiday or take a day off?

Add a date override (Pro) for that date and mark it unavailable — the day disappears from your booking page. To work unusual hours instead, set custom intervals for just that date.

Do invitees see times in my time zone or theirs?

Theirs. Duplipost converts every slot to the invitee's detected time zone (which they can change), while you only ever think in your own.

What happens if I have no hours set?

Your booking page will show no available times. Set at least one weekly window so invitees have slots to choose from.

Can I limit how far ahead or close to now people book?

Yes — that's handled by booking window, minimum notice, and related controls. See Limits & buffers.
