Managing bookings

Your dashboard, reschedules, cancellations, and the automatic emails that keep everyone in sync.

Your bookings dashboard

The Bookings tab groups your meetings into upcoming, past, and cancelled. Each booking shows the invitee's name and email, the answers they gave to your questions, the time in both their zone and yours, and the Google Meet link for video calls. Cancel a booking from here and the invitee is notified automatically.

Can invitees reschedule or cancel themselves?

Yes. Every confirmation email includes links for the invitee to reschedule or cancel on their own — no back-and-forth with you. A reschedule runs through the same availability, buffer, notice, and booking-window checks as a fresh booking, so it can only land on a slot that genuinely works.

Which emails are sent automatically?

  • Booking confirmation to the invitee, and a notification to you.
  • A 24-hour reminder before the meeting (Pro), now with a one-tap "Confirm attendance" button — one of the most effective ways to cut no-shows.
  • Reschedule and cancellation notices to both sides.

No-shows and repeat offenders

When someone doesn't turn up, mark the booking as a no-show from the Past tab. Duplipost keeps a quiet count per email address and flags repeat offenders right on their bookings — so the next time that person books, you see the warning before the meeting, not after.

The 24-hour reminder also carries a "Confirm attendance" link. When an invitee taps it, their booking shows a green "Reconfirmed" badge in your dashboard, so you can tell at a glance who's locked in.

Waitlist

If someone can't find a time that works, they can join the event's waitlist from your booking page instead of bouncing. Their name, email, and an optional note land in your Bookings view, where one click opens a pre-filled email inviting them to book now that something has opened up.

Export your bookings (CSV)

On Pro, the "Export CSV" button on the Bookings page downloads every booking — event, invitee, times, and status — as a spreadsheet, ready for your CRM, your accounting, or a quick pivot table.

Frequently asked questions

Do reminders help reduce no-shows?

Yes — the automated 24-hour reminder (on Pro) nudges invitees right when they need it, recovering meetings that would otherwise quietly evaporate.

How does an invitee cancel or move a meeting?

From the links in their confirmation email — they can reschedule or cancel themselves, and you're kept in sync automatically.

Where can I see the answers someone gave when booking?

On the booking in your dashboard, alongside their contact details and the meeting time.

How do I track no-shows?

Mark a past booking as a no-show; Duplipost counts them per email and shows a warning chip on any future booking from a repeat offender — including on upcoming meetings.

What is the waitlist?

When no time suits, invitees can join an event's waitlist from your booking page. You'll see them in your Bookings view and can email them to book the moment a slot opens.

Can I export my bookings?

Yes, on Pro — the Export CSV button on the Bookings page downloads all your bookings as a spreadsheet.
