How to remove “Powered by Calendly”

The short version: you can — but only on a paid plan. Here’s exactly how, and a free way to skip the problem entirely.

01

The short answer

On Calendly, the “Powered by Calendly” banner is controlled in your Branding settings — but the toggle is only available on a paid plan (Standard, Teams, Enterprise, or the legacy Professional plan). On the free plan, there is no way to remove it.

If you’re on a paid plan:

  1. 1Open your account menu and go to your Branding settings.
  2. 2Toggle off "Use Calendly branding."
  3. 3If you use the popup or inline embed widget, also set branding: false in the embed code — otherwise the banner still appears in the embedded version.

The catch

Notice what that means: Calendly puts its logo on your booking page by default, and charges you to take it off. Every free booking link you share is quietly advertising Calendly to your clients — and nudging them to sign up — until you pay to make it stop.

That’s fine if you just want the cheapest path to a clean page. But it’s worth asking why your booking page came with someone else’s branding at all.

Or: use a page that never had a logo to remove

Duplipost takes the opposite approach. There’s no “Powered by” banner to turn off, because we never put one on your page — on any plan, including Free. No third-party logos, no ads, no sign-up prompts shown to your invitees. Your brand is the only brand they see.

  • Clean, branded-by-you booking page on the Free plan — no credit card.
  • On Business, run it on your own domain — book.yourbrand.com, not a shared address.
  • Google Calendar two-way sync + automatic Meet links.
  • Custom questions, buffers, reminders, and self-service reschedule.
  • EU-hosted and privacy-first — your clients aren't tracked or harvested.

Frequently asked questions

Can I remove "Powered by Calendly" on the free plan?

No. Calendly only lets you turn off its branding on a paid plan (Standard, Teams, Enterprise, or the legacy Professional plan). On the free plan, every booking page keeps the "Powered by Calendly" banner.

How do I turn off Calendly branding?

On a paid plan, open your account menu, go to your Branding settings, and toggle off "Use Calendly branding." If you use the popup or inline embed widget, you also need to set branding: false in the embed code, otherwise the banner still shows in the embedded experience.

Is there a free way to get a booking page with no third-party branding?

Yes — use a tool that never adds its own logo to your page. Duplipost shows zero third-party branding on every plan, including Free. There's no banner to remove because we never put one there, and your invitees are never shown ads or sign-up prompts for us.

Why does Calendly put its branding on my booking page at all?

Every booking you send out is a marketing surface. Free booking pages that carry a vendor's logo turn your clients into leads for that vendor. That's why removing it is gated behind a paid plan — the branding works for them until you pay to stop it.
